Return, Refund and Exchange

  1. We will not accept return, refund or exchange for a change of mind and size changes.
  2. In most cases, you can return or exchange in the following situations:
  3. Product(s) received is faulty and/ or damaged during shipping; or
  4. Product(s) received is different to the specification of order (incorrect size or color).

Returned product must be received by the seller in order for Kedai Suria to initiate a refund. You shall ensure that the product is returned to the seller in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that a product is returned to the seller in an unacceptable condition, Kedai Suria reserves the right not to process your refund.

If the returned product met the requirements of the seller’s return policy, your refund will be processed in the next fourteen (14) business days.

 Refund will be made to your original mode of payment.
